yhelfand @sarchriv hi! Thanks for your interest. I tried it on when I first got it, and it was definitely more of a mermaid style dress, tight around the belly. I believe it flared as it got lower. I can try it on again over the weekend to take a picture. I'll take a look at the neckline again as well.
