Black Velvet Dress by Genuine People

Only worn once. Black, velvet, strapless dress with skits on both sides. Fabric has stretch to it, so it is for fitting despite the tag saying large. Hangs kinda low, so best to wear something under it. Falls just below the knee with the slits coming half way up each thigh.
