Black Velvet Cardigan

Love love love this cardigan but it's become too small for me. Size says 14 but it has to be junior because it's definitely not a 14. Fit me best when I was a medium but would hang lovely on a small. My mannequin is a small. Hook closures on just the upper half of jacket. Very cool. Shoulder area has great structure for a stretch velvet jacket. Yes! This stretches! Slight wear on elbows. Hardly noticible. Dry clean only.
