Black Velvet Briggs Tunic NWT

90% polyester and 10% spandex. Brand new and has stretch. Also has side slits. Has some nice weight to it and very soft. Approximately 30" in length and when laid flat and measured from armpit to armpit it is 23" across. Color is black. Size says 2X but fits a nice size 1X so have it marked accordingly.
