Velour/Velvet Blouse by French Connection. Size tag says XS. MEASUREMENTS: Chest - when laid flat across the back from pit to pit: about 19.5" Waist - flat: 22" Hips - flat: 25" Length 28 Length of sleeve - 26" Clear see-through background with velour black abstract shapes. Mixed in with non-velvet gray/black abstract shapes. Fit is Hi-Low - back is lower than the front. Long Tie beginning at the collar. The tie is lined in Gray. The blouse is not lined. Bottom has a large ruffle. Sleeves end in a buttoned cuff and are cut-out and fall open when you are wearing it.(See photos) I bought it in London.
