Black V-Neck Dress with Short Cuffed Sleeves. Material is NOT stretchy at all. It fit me everywhere but was TIGHT on my bust. I’m a DD cup for reference. Material isn’t super soft. It feels more like a waterproof type of material. Thick and sturdy. Measurements taken lying flat Top to bottom: 46 inches Shoulder to shoulder: 14 1/2 inches Waist: 17 inches Sleeve length top to bottom: 7 1/2 inches V-neck opening from shoulder to middle of V: 13 inches
