@rpankey7 Hi Rachel the small laying flat across unstretched is 13" chest, 8.5" waist. The large is 15" chest, 10.5" waist. The total length is approx 44". It is the type of dress that starts smaller and stretches to your body. This is very figure flattering.

@loubnab I am not sure when I can get that black dress again, it has been sold out the past few weeks so I'm hoping in a week or 2 but I'm not yet sure. Yes the camel coat would definitely be fine, I'm an XS in coats too and it is a fitted coat - I recommend girls size up in it if they're between sizes. I only have 2 smalls left in that coat and it's not being restocked again 💜 I love that coat!
