Black Tulle Cocktail Dress 🖤

This beauty of a cocktail dress was gifted to me, and the only reason I am selling is because it does not fit properly! The fabric resembles tulle, and could be worn from semi-formal to formal occasions! Unfortunately, the strap to store it properly is broken as seen in the photos, and there are a few loose threads, so you can tell it’s been loved before, but they are hardly noticeable. I would not recommend to bigger chest sizes! Pick this up if you want to be the alternative babe of the party!
