Black Top Cinched @ Chest & Shoulders

I’m hoping you can see that the chest and shoulders of this top have the material cinched together. The material itself is a polyester blend; very slinky & comfy. This is a great basic wardrobe piece to match any skirt or jeans & a nice statement necklace!
