Black Tie by He-Ro industries vintage beaded dress

This dress is a work of art! It is beaded all over with swirly designs on the body and gold around the neck and gold flames on the sleeves. The back is open with a hidden zipper and closures at the neck. It also has shoulder pads built in and a slight poof at the sleeve. It’s fabulous quality and very well made. 100% silk.
