Black Textured Pencil Skirt

This stretchy black pencil skirt is as small as an extra small and can possibly stretch up to a size large ( it’s very stretchy). I can’t make out what the material blend reads but I would think spandex is a major chunk of the material used to make this skirt. It’s super comfortable and you can either wear it high waisted or low waisted. You can dress this up or dress it down. This skirt was one of my go too’s 20 years ago and it still looks brand new.
