Black Tape_ Smocked-Waist Fit & Flare Tiered Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @ds0110. I love the dress but it is too big for me. My size is between an 8 and 10 and this dress is more of a size 12 to a smaller size 14. Gorgeous print and flattering shape for all body types.
