Black & Tan Wrap Floral Skirt

This is a Black & Tan floral linen fabric skirt with a buckle and Velcro closure at the side waist. On east side of the waist there is a stretch of gathered elastic for ease of fastening. FYI I had this skirt hemmed so I include a picture of the hand stitched hem. It can be machine hemmed but in the event length needs changed I hesitate to do that. Very nice and easy skirt. Taken out of the dryer in a timely manner no ironing needed.
