Black Sweater Duster Cardigan Handmade

Beautiful handmade sweater duster cardigan purchased in Germany. This is a gorgeous jacket that has a built in scarf. The cardigan duster measures 47 inches long from the back of the neck to the bottom of the cardigan. This is very thick and very warm. This is not a size medium. I am not sure what the letter M means on the label. This will fit sizes 14-16 and maybe even larger. This was worn only a handful of times and in excellent condition.
