This is a very soft, comfy Black cotton Velvet with 2% lycra spandex. Size 8. About 30" waist, 12" rise, 31.5" inseam, 14" leg opening. Cut like a high waisted jean with hip and back pockets. In like new condition. No stains or wear marks. Dark black velvet and is hard to photograph.
