Black Strapless mini dress, size 10

Black strapless mini, technically size 10 but originally purchased from Urban Outfitters so it runs small . Bodice has a little bit of boning, top has a narrow rubber strip to prevent slipping. Fabric and waist have no stretch so I’ve provided measurements. Worn twice Measurements taken flat Waist: 15in Bust: 18in armpit to armpit seam Length: 18.5 in from waist seam
