Black Strapless Poofy NYE Party Dress

This adorable Nordstrom dress has only been worn once (NYE 2 years ago) and I go SO many compliments! It’s fitted in the bodice/chest and stays up perfectly for a whole night of dancing. It’s also slightly poofy, making it the perfect party dress! It has a unique stitched material that actually makes it look like a leather dress in photos, but it’s much more comfortable! Can be worn with black tights or no tights at all. I’m 5’4” and didn’t wear tights but it might be short for anyone taller.
