This elegant black strapless evening dress is perfect for any formal occasion. I wore it to a wedding that was black tie optional. Only worn once. Hemmed for me i’m 5’3 and wore 3 inch heels. Size extra small but I am between an extra small and a small and I feel like it could fit a small.
