Black Strapless Dress

Used dress no longer fits but is still in great condition. I am 5'1" and dress falls to right above my knee. Top is white with a pink sash that ties in the back. Bottom is black and has pockets! Dress comes from smoke free home. Material is a silky feel and is made of 96% polyester and 4% spandex.
