Black Steve Madden boots. Size 7.5. Used condition. There are scuff marks all over, mainly on the front toe as pictured. Dull black coloring (not shiny). Both top and bottom buckles on the right shoe are broken and jingles when you walk. Probably can be fixed, I just don’t know how. 1 inch heel.
