Black Sparkly Cap Sleeve Fit and Flair Dress

Black sparkly fabric as seen in close up photo. Really cute party dress or dress it down for work or everyday wear. Cap sleeves and button and eye loop closer at the back. Stretchy fabric and flair skirt. Only worn a handful of times for short parties/events. Size is XL, I typically wear L and this works just fine for me. From top of shoulder, measures 17” to waist and 36” to bottom hem.
