They are easy to slide on. I am 5'4 and they are not baggy in the legs but they come up very high on the waist. I can take a waist measurement pic for you on the size small that I have so you can see🤗

To be honest the wholesalers on here still get their items from other wholesalers out there just like the rest of us. I'm sorry but I do not give out the names of my wholesalers.
