Black Skirt

Black skirt, never been worn, tags still attached. Size on the tag says Large, but I wear a size 4 and it fits me, and probably would fit a size 6 since it's a little bit loose. Also, the skirt has an elastic band around the waist which is very comfortable. The length of the skirt from top to bottom is 16 inches. The design is rose petals with a black slip underneath. It's a great skirt for any occasion!
