mdallas3 @duckabill Hello! My apologies for the delay. The flat measurements are 37.5 Length, 21 Waist, 20 Bust.. for reference, when I put it on my full figured mannequin (37 in waistline, 45 in hip), it was pretty snug. Not a lot of stretch; difficult to zippen. I hope this helps!

mdallas3 @duckabill Ok, I think it might fit.. if you prefer a tighter fit. It’s scuba material so it’s some stretch, but not a lot.
