Black Shrug with Sparkle

Classic black bat wing shrug size small. Comfortable and oversized so can be worn open or plenty of material to stay closed if you want chest covered. Sequins and sparkly detail on both sleeves to dress it up for any occasion. Good condition. Been worn & washed but no holes, stains, etc. and all sequins in place.
