Black Shimmery Mini Dress Top

Pre-owned Worn one time , black shimmery mini dress or can be a top. I bought this on Melrose in Los Angeles years ago and the store owner said it could be a dress , top or skirt . I wore it to an event as a top . Super cute just don’t need it anymore . The shimmering part sometimes looks silver and sometimes it looks gold . Material is stretchy.
