Black Sheer Floral Flowy Dress

Short sleeve slightly sheer black dress with a floral pleated style bottom. Orange and red color flowers throughout. Mock neck, cap sleeve, elastic waist, matching floral belt too! Petite size small! Probably a size 2-4, can provide measurements if needed! I'm a size 4-6, but it's too tight in my shoulders and waist. Hasn't been worn in years. Think should fit a 2-4 because the waist does stretch! Believe it's a knee/calf length depending on height. Branded for exposure!
