Black Sheer Fashion Fabric

Roughly a wide yard of fabric from a high end store. Did a burn test, hard acrylic bead but grey ash so I believe the overlay and under layer are a mix of polyester and natural fiber (silk chiffon?) abstract cloud or cow print
