Black Sheer Dress w Embellishment S

This Dress is SO cute/different/fun. Unfortunately, I cut the tags out because they showed through. I think the brand is BCBG but if not, it's another in that echelon. Sleeves are adjustable via strings *Theres several pictures of metal disc embellishment area showing several strings where some discs have fallen off. Intent was to find someone to tie/fix ends so no more would fall off but it's been a couple years now & I'm not going to do it. Any discs that have fallen off do not stand out
