I’m not sure how to name this item, but you may wear it over any type of clothes to add some elegance. It is in mint condition. It was well loved! The fabric is quite delicate so there are a few holes. However, the major hole isn’t noticeable because it’s under your arm~ it is easily fixable especially if you love it 😊 ✨
