Short sleeve, cropped, black sequin “cover up” from Forever 21. Essentially an extremely cropped short sleeve cardigan. No flaws. Used a lot back in high school when no tank top dress codes ruled the world, but largely retired since then. Needs a new home! Please feel free to make offers!
