Black Semi-Formal Double-Layer Floor Length Skirt

I bought this lovely skirt used and wore it 6-8 times to sing in choral group events. It is nearly full-circle with an elastic waistband to fit a range of sizes, I'd call it medium if I had to. It is 42" long from the top of the waistband and 26" around as it is hanging. It will stretch to nearly twice that. One side of the tag has the maker, the other side has washing instructions and "MADE IN CHINA." It's a great skirt for dancing!
