NWT dress that is beautifully draped. Ballon sleeves. Very bottom of dress has a slight fray/unraveled spot. See the Picture! Not noticeablee when wearing. Slightly above the ankle/ shin length. Could be worn on or off the shoulder. Hits at shin on a 5’3” person. We are moving. Get it while it’s here! Cleaning out all my items soon. 5 for $20 item! Bundle 5 items and save. 😀
