Reposhing this incredible black Sau Lee Sabrina gown. The original dress is a size 2 but runs small so has been altered to fit a more true size 2/4. Was altered in a way that can easily be reverted back to original size. I am 5’6” and wore 4in heels.

mariaw1006 For reference what size jeans are you ? I’m normally a 27 just trying to figure out if it’s more of a 2 or 4

kellykeutmann @mariaw1006 I’m a 27 as well and would say it definitely fits more like a 4 with the extension piece I had put in. My seamstress said she added it so that it can be removed easily if you’re closer to a 2. There is no stretch or give at all to the dress so I need just a bit of an extension

mariaw1006 @kellykeutmann is there a lining inside the shirt or is it flowy? I’m just so nervous this won’t fit and then I cant return . I’m definitely never a 2 but always a 4 . I think the top will be fine because I’m small up too but I do have a butt so if it’s tight in the shirt area I don’t want it to be too tight

kellykeutmann @mariaw1006 I’m so sorry! I didn’t see your last comment. There is a lining under the dress but it’s very flowy. The only tight part is the waist band because there is no stretch there but it definitely fits more like a 4 now than a 2. I can measure the waist band and give you an exact number if you want to measure your waist and decide that way, if that would be helpful?

kellykeutmann @mariaw1006 thank you so much for your patience and reminding me. The waistband measures 27inches in total. The extension piece is 2.25in so if you remove that, it will be a 24.75in waistband. Reminder- there is absolutely zero stretch or give. I hope this helps!
