Black Ruffled Skirt

I’ve worn this skirt many times and now it’s too small. I got tons of comments on it whenever I would wear it out. It’s a size M 8-10 but FITS MORE LIKE A 0-2!! I must’ve gotten it from the “early teens” section at Belks. It’s a great black ruffled skirt with an elastic waist band by the brand name, Amy Byer.
