Black Ruffle Off the Shoulder Dress

This is my favorite little black dress. The neckline has a double row of ruffles that can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder. It has a tiny slit at the back, so it can easily be walked in. This dress is the best. I would keep it if it fit after having kids, but, unfortunately, it does not, so I want it to go someone who can appreciate its charms. Dress doesn’t have a size tag, but fits like an extra small From a pet-friendly home.
