Black Romber/Jumpsuit

Long paint with slits in front legs (see photo) I bought it and was going to sew up the slits but never did. It’s a halter tie with ruffle coming off the halter tie. More ruffle wound neck like. Buttons are all secure. No damage Smoke free, pet free home
