emilys1stcloset @kathierichards I don’t know how to “properly”?determine the size but they are about 13.5- 14.5 inches across. ❤️ I’m sorry. I hope that helps, I have another pair of these in size 26 and years later they look exactly the same and still fit like they are new. I wish they didn’t stop making them. They are the best jeans ever and that’s a lot coming from me because I have some pretty cool stuff.
