Black Ribbon Jewelled Bracelet

It’s almost like a ribbon corsage thing but more flat. It’s not poofy. I got it like eleven years ago. It’s in great condition and it’s really unique and cool for specific outfits. My wrists are really small, 3.5 inches around but it fit kinda loose on me and it’s stretchy and it has two snap buttons on the bottom.
