Black Refuge shorts

Black shorts purchased from Charlotte Russe. 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Size 0, but can fit a size 2! Not originally high-waisted, they are originally regular waist, but they can sort of be depending on your body type. Little fraying strings at the bottom, has 2 buttons and a zipper, as well as 5 pockets. Used gently, in great condition!
