Black & Red Plaid Layered Hoodie -Needs Hem Repair

This hoodie is super cool. Fits a bit tight around the neck area and despite the measurements and small tag that says M, I would say this is meant to be worn oversized on an XS person. I'm guessing the size is an Asian Medium. Does need a bit of a rescue, as the hem came apart on the back layer. I can't sew worth a dime.
