Black & Red Formal Dress

Great condition May be able to remove black accent on front of dress. My sewing skills are not that great- however with the proper hand I think someone could transform this into a really lovely, simple, hot, red dress. Maybe even use the black material to make a chocker. However, that is just an idea. Perfect for formal occasions, proms, weddings, bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, etc. Approximate measurements Pit to pit: 15.5” Waist: 13.5” Waist to floor: 44.5” For photo references, I am 5'4" & generally float between a size 6 & 8 but mostly 8 right now (this dress was tight too tight for me).
