Black Rayon Mid Length Evening or Dinner Dress

This dress is quite nice in its simplicity. It has a tiered skirt from the waist down to mid thigh. it gives it an elegant look. Size is 15/16 which I think is really more like a size 13/14. Buttons are pearled design on the top of the back of the dress at the neck. It should have had a belt with it but none is available.
