Black Rainboots or Costume Boots

Brand new black rainboots or costume boots. Great for everyday wear or with a costume, especially with naughty cop police costumes. Brand new, never worn boots. They are very soft and comfortable, size 8. I am not a retail store. I paid $140 for these online at Halloween but they were too big, so I've never worn them. I wore some other shoes. Im just trying to get some of the money back that i spent on them.
