Black Racerback Maxi Dress

Never worn! But tags removed. Sheer lacey black fabric with solid slip underneath goes to mini length, but full dress is maxi length. Faux suede brown tie with belt loops around natural waist. Very slim and fitted at the top. Officially size M but runs small.
