Black Quail Feather Hat 🍀

Fantastic felt black real quail feather hat. The condition is amazing. Unfortunately I don’t know the brand. It has a 20 Flapper look to it. I’m tempted to say it is vintage. A little over 22 1/2 inch circumference. As always please look closely at all pics for any wear. I am open to any reasonable offers.
