Black Polka Dot V-neck Top

Never worn! Polka dot, v-neck top, with slight ruffled sleeves and hem, and a ruched front with a drawstring. You can pull on the strings to adjust the ruching, and even turn it into a crop top! It's such a cute top, but it's just been sitting in my closet for too long.
