Black Pleated Skirt

This super cute black pleated skirt by Candie's is a size 1, it's got a pleated black transparent fine-netted outer layer with built in black shorts for the inner layer. It's got a zipper on the side of the skirt as well, and is also in New condition (no flaws or defects). They no longer make or sell this skirt in stores or online (I looked everywhere)!
