Black Party Dress w/ Flared Skirt

This dress is SO cute on and SO girly! It is fitted at the top with a mostly cotton stretchy fabric to show a little skin and chest while flaring at the bottom with a mostly polyester skirt (never wrinkles!!!). There are little hidden pockets on the side of the skirt of the dress and a a ribbon of fabric that separates the pieces to look like two instead of one dress. (Purchased at Express) - only worn twice.
