Black Over the Knee Boots

Practically brand new (except for the minor wear on soles of shoes -shown in picture) black knee high boots. I am 5'4 and these came up an inch or two above my knee. I purchased these at JC Penny in December because I needed black boots for an outfit and didn't have time to shop around - I am a size 8 and although they FIT, they were a tad too snug - I would recommend this size for a 7.5 although the size states it is an 8M. Only worn one night.
